I had spent capes that I don't know if you have returned to me. A very kind lady answered me on the phone. X chat a very unpleasant person, not helpful at all.
The lady suggested I place my order again and she would send it to me. The truth is, I haven't had the time, nor do I feel like it.
I think that if you are going to arbitrarily cancel an order, assuming “a mistake” on the part of the client, it is better to call him, before making decisions for the client. I have been a very customer of El Capote, both online and in the store in Madrid. I love the brand. They always treated me very well in the store. But, the attitude of the person answering the chat invites you to never buy again. A shame.
