I just had a conversation with your customer service department. Where I explained my case for the last order I made to them (the Friday of the discount hour). They have several whasup from last Wednesday… I had to return the shibuya shirt because the size I wore, which is XL, was small and they confirm that the sizing is indeed different in this model and that it has to be one size larger and they charge me €5 for it change. I had also asked for a white guayabera and I changed it for a blue one, and they took away the discount and charged me instead of €71, €89
This situation seems unfair to me and that they take advantage of doing these promotions by telling me that when they change color they do not keep the discount. I have been a customer of yours for a few years and I make orders regularly for my son and me, because we feel identified with your brand and the principles that they represent. Of course, I feel disappointed not for €18 or much less, but for the ability and the treatment when I spoke with you by phone. A Customer service department has to be arbitrary and defend the Customer in what is fair. slds
